In most cases, yes.  But these are completely different player
architectures internally.

What computer type and OS and SBS version are you running?
Are you certain both players are actually connected to your SBS?  One
is may be connected to MySB.com?

Next best guess is a complete network reboot:
unplug router, shut down computer, unplug both players
Now bring them all back up in that same order waiting for each device
to completely boot up before proceeding to the next item, start SBS
before plugging back in the players.
Verify players are actually ON SBS by navigating from the players to My
Music.  If your local music is present then that player is on SBS.

If still no go try the SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics
What is reported for all pings, ports, IP's?
