Hi zmcmahan, there is an open bug about it. If you don't use your Radio within the last 24h before the next alarm is scheduled the icon will be missing: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15515
To get a correct symbol, you just need to turn your Radio on (or off if it was on).
