Are you sure about that? I've never used Inguz, but I always thought it could be set for specific players, just like the core audio options (replaygain, bitrate limiting, etc). But I could easily be wrong on this.
Also, I neglected to mention that a few months ago one member of the development team said on these forums that they would eventually introduce basic bass and treble controls to the firmware, as has been done with the Boom.
