Indeed, the alarm functionality very poor indeed, and I agree that Logitech should not continue selling the radio when it's not fit for purpose. After months of trying everything I've finally got Logitech to agree with this and I'm sending it back for a full refund.
So, it the end of my SB Radio experiment.
