Not officially, but if you want to use an unofficial solution you can:
1. Install Patch Installer through Settings/Advanced/Applet Installer
2. Install the "Custom alarm window" patch through
Settings/Advanced/Patch Installer
3. Install the Custom Clock applet through Settings/Advanced/Applet
Installer
4. Optionally install the Custom Clock Helper in your Squeezebox Server
through the plugins tab.

After this, you should be able to go to
Settings/Screen/Screensavers/Custom Clock and configure which screen
saver you like to use as Alarm Screen saver. If you aren't satisfied
with one of the built-in screen saver styles, you can also design your
own using the Custom Clock Helper plugin in Squeezebox Server.

However, if you need a menu where you can select to snooze or turn the
alarm off, this won't work since the Custom Clock applet currently
doesn't support any interactive screens.
