Yep, the european data center is a sad tale. If I got it right, it doesn't just serve Europe, in fact I believe it serves all of the world except USA. So while MySB has reportedly worked fairly well in USA there have been far more problems everywhere else. It should also be mentioned that the problems has mainly affected Squeezeplay devices (Touch, Radio and Controller).
