I hadn't realized it didn't work, I have presets but I had them set
them up before Logitech decided to split presets and favorites. I guess
I'll have to look at what's needed to make it work again.

However, for me it worked to:
1. Setup a Dynamic Playlist as a Favorite through the web interface
2. On the Radio, navigate to the Favorites menu and navigate to the
favorite you just created and hold down one of the preset buttons for a
while.

I'm not sure if this still works if you remove the favorite but it's
probably good enough until I've got around to fix it so you can do it
directly from the Dynamic Playlists menu.
