After months and months of reading about all the problems with Radio
alarms -- and experiencing them  myself even though I run a server
locally, I finally called Logitech support today.

They are sending me an email questionnaire -- they are obviously still
in problem determination mode.

But the very polite tech admitted they have a problem, tried hard to
convince that they are treating it as a priority, and in a surprise,
actually encouraged me to tell you all to call them and register your
problem.

So, if you haven't yet called, it might help make this move faster.
