The default image is probably hard-coded in the Radio software and not particularly easy for a novice (like you and me) to change. If your Radio is "stuck" on the wrong artwork you can unplug it from the wall, wait a minute, and plug it back in to reboot it. That's what I've done when this happens and it typically clears the situation. Alternatively, just press and hold the Power button until the Radio restarts. After you reboot make sure you are running the latest firmware: Home > Settings > Advanced > Software Update.
