I'm obviously very late to this thread, but wanted to relate my experience.
I was having frequent dropouts on the radio (both streaming and local content), and tried a range of fixes that didn't work. (Including but not limited to adding an AP a few feet away, fixed IP, upgrades/downgrades, sacrificing a goat, and swearing a lot.) I finally called Logitech support, explained all the things I'd tried, and with very little prompting, they sent a new radio. The miraculous thing is that the new one works flawlessly.
