Can anyone else please confirm this: the output of the headphone jack is considerably lower in magnitude than the internal speaker. I find that I have to increase the volume to sometimes 90% or 100% to get the "nominal" levels. I've tried different headphones, so it's not the headphones. Tech support wants me to first reload the latest firmware and try again. I have a suspicious feeling that this may be an inherent issue.
Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this or that it maybe that I have a faulty unit?
