3-4 seconds starting time is the problem in your case. According to the logs, the following happens: The Radio starts the stream at 06:29:59. It checks if there is any output at 06:30:00 (i.e. after one second) Your stream is not playing it this time => the fallback sounds. I guess you need to try another stream.
