Yes, it's this radio. The other URL works, but the slowdown is the same, and the stream seems to have same parameters. Good to hear it works fine for you. What versions are you running?
For me it seems it's decoding what causes the problem, so it doesn't matter what server I use. Pausing playback makes it better. My server is wired to the router, all players run wireless (Radio, Boom and SB3).
