I have a second router on my home network that provides openVPN
connection to a VPN service that provides foreign ip. Any device that
is using this router as an internet gateway, will appear as connecting
from another country.

With the devices like media players or squeezeboxes, you would setup
connection to your home network manually by specifying your main router
except for the gateway.

This setup requires some work but once it is setup, it is transparent
to the user. One drawback is that if you need to change countries, UK
for US for example, then you have to restart openVPN connection on the
gateway router with new credentials. Luckily, I don't have a need to do
that.
