Yes this has happened occasionally. Some how MySB.com confuses the players MAC address and assigns it to the wrong user account. There were even some instances of the manufacturer assigning duplicate MAC address' to several players. If it happens again I'd contact support, but these usually are one off events that you will likely never see again.
