You guys are right, that one link did mention a remote, I just didn't see it.
Anyway, the radios arrived today and I have no idea why there were advertised as "dented box". Both radios were brand spanking new. The boxes were not dented and the the round plastic sticker that seals the box was still sealed. Inside, both radios were in mint condition. The plastic wrap and all packaging was unopened. I saw no difference between these radios and the other new ones I'd bought.
