I just bought a Squeezebox Radio and already own an original slimp3. I mostly listen to shoutcast streams generated by software that I wrote and know that it generates the correct icy metadata. The slimp3 updates the display as soon as the song changes, the Squeezebox Radio does not just shows the info for the first song and does not update for the next one.
