If you are normally connected to your Radio through Squeezebox Server, the favorites you set directly on mysqueezebox.com will not appear. To see them you have to connect the Radio directly to mysqueezebox.com.
What I am trying to say is that there are two different sets of favorites depending on which server your Radio is connected with at the time you want to access them. You can set favorites for either server when you are using the Radio.
