Try to look at the library configuration of non working libraries and
save them again to see if the save operationg makes it work. If any of
the libraries were based on the "dependent library" template you may
want to check that included/excluded libraries still are correct.
You can also try the refresh link at bottom of Multi Library screen in
web interface.
Finally, if the above doesn't help, look if there are any errors in the
server.log file, especially after you have clicked the refresh link or
saved a non working library configuration.
