Internet Radio or My Apps from the Home menu. If SBS is running they should simply work. If SBS is off a switch to MySB.com should be offered.
If neither of the above happens, go to your SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, see what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's. I'd also verify your MySB login info is correct. SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com > login. Is your MySB login there? Note: password will be blank, that is normal.
