Yes, you are having a problem with your radio, but plenty of users are not. So it can't simply be a bad product. I have two radios, in addition to many other SB players, and both work perfectly and are in use every single day. If whining makes you feel better, feel free. Of course this forum is just other users, not official logitech folks.
