Check for other wifi networks in the area especially for ones on the
same channel as your network.

Many newer routers change the Wifi channel being used to the channel
they "see" as least busy. These routers often change channels after
being reset or a power outage.

I have an immediate neighbour whose router changes channel about once
per week and seems to chase the channel I use since I manually monitor
the channels used by my other neighbours and change channel to the one
which will have least interference.
