Check for other wifi networks in the area especially for ones on the same channel as your network.
Many newer routers change the Wifi channel being used to the channel they "see" as least busy. These routers often change channels after being reset or a power outage. I have an immediate neighbour whose router changes channel about once per week and seems to chase the channel I use since I manually monitor the channels used by my other neighbours and change channel to the one which will have least interference. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=90241 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
