In general syncing is sending a stream that all players can handle via down-sampling to suit the least capable player .
In most cases actually 24/48 or 24/44.1 the track info on the player is bogus when it claims 750k (which is 16/44.1 ) old bug that noone cares to fix, wonder if the devs secretely enjoing inducing angst in audipohiles ;). Have not checked out what radio does... usually when I sync I'm cooking or having a party and is generaly not in the sweetspot under thoose circumstances hearing a diff between 24/96 and 24/48 is darn near impossible . I'm rather unscientifically convinced that 10% of my so called hirez tracks, can yield a very small difference under the rigth circumstances. They are not present when do whole house audio :) -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
