Still having problems I'm afraid.  I had some initial success by adding
a 2nd router (Apple Time Capsule that I had abandoned over a year ago)
and connnecting the Radio to that (wireless).  This seemed to work
better, and I had started to think the issue was between my other
(Netgear) router and the Radio.

That said, I've recently upgraded to LMS and everything is now
unstable.  Yesterday I found perl running at near 100% CPU on the
server, after which I forced a restart.  This morning I woke up to the
default alarm on my Boom - a clear indicator that the server still
isn't happy.

I'll have to look at it this evening to see if I can make any sense of
it.

As an aside, given the amount of Apple kit I now have at home I'm
giving serious consideration to eBaying all of the Slim/Logitech
equipment and getting some Airplay-enabled speakers in.  I'm sure it
will cost, but it's got to be more stable than this!
