Hi I purchased a Squeezebox Radio last week and am very happy with it, except for the fact that it crashes at least once a day, usually more depending how much I use it. It appears to be when I'm using Spotify, either starting or exiting the app, and whether I'm using the controls on the radio or the Android app.
I'm considering sending it back and perhaps getting a Touch, but was wondering what I could do to diagnose the problem? I saw a thread somewhere about using Putty to SSH the player - could I access any logs this way? Btw when I say it crashes it just hangs and about 20-30 seconds later it reboots itself. Is this behavious normal and is it something that would be fixed by a firmware update (i.e. not a physical issue)?
