regarding firmware updates, etc. I've not had any issues. Players are very stable on my end. And although I'm an experienced user, I can report that my brother uses a touch and a boom and has no issues, including updating firmware when it shows up automatically and an 80+ year old mother of a friend uses a boom daily for a couple of year now with zero issues through several firmware updates (which she handles without any questions for me). So bottom line, good stable stuff. I'm in the US and there have rarely been any mysb.com outages.
