Make sure you haven't got the Podcast plugin enabled (check in WebUI Settings/Plugins). It is out of date and shouldn't be used anymore. If it is disabled you will not have Podcast menu item under Edxtras menu on players and WebUI.
The Podcasts you want available should be added only on mysb.com and not on your local server through the LMS WebUI/Settings. IIRC Podcast alley site has broken the OPML/XML links that LMS uses.
