This is an update I received today April 1st regarding missing artwork:

Thank you for your response. As I am sure you are aware, Logitech does
not actually supply any of the radio streams (or album artwork of those
streams). We rely on a company called TuneIn to provide us with all of
this information. Currently, we are experiencing issues with TuneIn
regarding album art specifically. You are not the only customer that is
having problems, but it is not a worldwide outage.

I can say that this is an issue that our engineers are taking
seriously, and that we are working with TuneIn to get the issue
resolved as soon as possible. 

I would also like to let you know that you will be receiving a short
survey about me, and how I handled your questions! If you could fill
that out for me, I would really appreciate it.
