Status "not connected" on MySB.com is correct if your player is
currently connected to LMS.

Although everything looks correct something is indeed blocking LMS from
seeing the internet.  How/what/why that is I have no idea.  LMS should
offer everything that MySB.com offers without the need to switch between
them.  Until someone can help resolve the issue for you I'd suggest
moving that "switch to MySB.com" to your Home menu so you can more
easily switch between them.

Might also try clearing the LMS Cache in Control Panel > Advanced >
Delete Cache > *apply*
Also, is LMS running under Administrator on your Win7?  There are known
(but different symptoms) issues with LMS + Win7 needing to be run under
an Administrator user.
