I had this problem when I let my SiriusXM subscription expire and then
signed up again six months later.  I removed the app and downloaded the
"Settings Remover" plugin and even that didn't work.  The only thing
that worked was to connect my Squeezebox to my.squeezebox.com and add
the SiriusXM app with my new username and password.  After that I
reconnected it with my home Squeezebox server and everything started
working again.

This isn't unique to Squeezebox, I have a few other WiFi radios (Grace
in particular) that is permanently unable to use SiriusXM anymore due
this sort of software bug.
