if all the above doesn't work, then a factory reset would be my next step. How did you acquire this RADIO? Was it used by any chance (or "new in box" from ebay, etc.). The reason I ask, is that, as I mentioned earlier, the RADIO had to have been connected to mysqueezebox.com initially or it would not have worked for you before you installed your own LMS. I'm thinking that it might have worked because it was linked to some other person (original owner's) mysb.com account.
