I've had My SB Radio since last Christmas, and I'm generally happy with it as an internet radio. At first I had no problem accessing my MP3 tunes, but for some months it has not accessed the stuff on my computer. Both the computer and the radio are on the same network. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the media server software, and restored the radio to factory settings. I keep getting a "Problem Connecting" to the folder with my MP3 stuff. Then there is some advice on making sure both the radio and computer are on the same network. Yesterday I spent some time with a Logitech customer service rep, who was polite and helpful, except that after a while it was obvious he had spent enough time with me and decided, or was told to wrap it up. I was informed I'd get more instructions through an email, which has not yet turned up, While I said at the beginning that it wasn't a huge deal not getting my music stuff through the radio, I'm a little angry at that treatment.
My media server software seems to be running okay, except that before reinstallation, when I deleted the locations of my MP3 music, after opening up the software they were back there again. I have not tried this after the reinstallation.
