Firstly it can be far easier and faster to access using the artist/album menus, but you may prefer your browsing structure.
After selecting play on folder one you could browse to the next folder and add it (using + button) to the end of the playlist. I also think there is away to make multiple cds from a collection appear as one cd in the interface. This will then work as you want only if you browse your music by artist\album and not by folder.
