I have seen reviews complaining that the small Squeezebox remote that comes with the battery, cannot be used to select your preset stations.
I called Logitech and was told that this was not possible. Pleased to report that despite Logitech's statement this function is in fact possible through the Settings menu. Select Settings from the Main Menu. Select Advanced. Select Beta Features Select Shortcuts Scroll down to entries starting with IR Use these entries to allocate functions to keys on the remote such as PLAY MORE PAUSE RIGHT SLEEP HOME Allocate these to the Play Preset 1, Play Preset 2, etc. functions. I suggest you use the HOLD commands rather than the PRESS commands.
