Hi All, I'm pretty new to the command and control of the Squeezebox Radio, but I've the Radio already since it was released and I'm very happy! To control over iPad I'm using iPeng and the player is connected to mysqueezebox.com.
Now, I want to control the radio from my homecontrol system (KNX) using a Loxone interconnect. 1. Now I have installed LMS on my NAS to start and stop the player over Telnet :9090; is it possible to do something similar without installing LMS and using the mysqueezebox.com like the iPeng is doing? If so, how? What is the protocol to use? 2. How does the feedback works? The only thing I now can do is start and stop the player form my homecontrol system but when I stop the player manually on the SB Radio, it doesn't send it back to my loxone ... Is there a way that the loxone gets notified when the player changes (eg if I use the iPeng or when I push the button on the device itself?) 3. I've also seen that it is possible to control the player over HTTP, what's the best way to use it (HTTP, Telnet, anything else?)?
