Just a Radio and the router isn't enough to access your files. You have to have LMS running on some device in the network and there is no support for it on the router, neither is there any support for DLNA in the Radio. With the server present in the network it is possible to let it access the files on the USB-drive attached to the router even if it might be more straightforward to have the drive attached directly to the devide running the server.
