Seeing that others had their connection restored, I was surprised to
find that I still had no connection with MSB.com at midnight so I
reinstalled the software upgrade 7.7.2. R9663 and that did the trick. 
This whole incident makes me very upset with Logitech for not providing
any information on MSB.com. It was only by virtue of this forum that I
found out what was happening. Furthermore, it has also served to
highlight that Internet radio is not for the faint-hearted. The level of
technical competence required to deal with such incidents is beyond most
people and yet this equipment is being sold in high street stores as
though it is just 'plug and play' capable.
On top of that, we now hear that Logitech is dropping SBR and moving to
UE. They really are treating their customers with contempt.
