My 0.02$ reload the firmware on the radio and then do a factory reset .If it persist doing this revive the tread.
A thing as rare as this is absolutely hopeless to even try to trace , and even they did I'll bet that the solution would still be " factory reset" :-/ I'm not close to my radio rigth know ,It has onboard log files that you can reach with ssh . And the server also has logs .
