Given how poor some server versions have been, it is indeed fortunate that the final versions either 7.7.2 or the slightly later betas are reliable and fast. I haven't even got image/video scanning turned off, I've got images and videos and I use the 7.7.2 upnp plugin to serve videos over DLNA to my Oppo blu ray player. I wasn't even aware of any supposed problem until I saw this thread. I use a WHS V1 server. So the question now is whether I want a Radio. Need to think about that, I already have a Boom that I never used.
