The PSU specs are easy to determine, just check your existing specs on your PSU itself. Where it might get dicey is the plug end that goes into the Radio itself as you need to match both the exact plug size and it's polarity. Maybe someone knows the answer to that, surely not I. :) Once you get the PSU and plug size & polarity you can likely find a local electronics supplier to match those specs. Might even try contacting that seller (contact info in the link), ask if they ship to China. If yes, problem solved. If no, ask if they would provide the plug size & polarity to you since they won't ship to you anyway.
