Difficult, since they are no longer being sold by Logitech. They sell the UE SmartRadio which is identical to the Squeezebox Radio except for the firmware, which you can change. Are you sure you can't buy that one in Italy, too?
In Berlin I have to admit I'm not completely sure. The big chains (Saturn, MediaMarkt) used to sell them but I believe today it's up to each store whether they have them.
