However, I suspect you also need to change icons and other stuff for it to look the same as UE Smart Radio, just switching the background is probably not enough. It should all be in the 10.0 branch in git, but it's probably a bit of work to patch all other stuff since different parts are stored in different places of the git source code tree. If you ignore Logitech's license (which doesn't allow you to distribute artwork), it would probably be possible for someone to do a patch for Patch Installer applet that switches the skin to the UE version.
