It is the extremely large center panel which is headed "Update to UE Smart Radio". It looks like an advertisement. It contains a very large Logitech/UE Logo. Within that panel, if you scroll down, there is a button that says "Learn More". Click the "Learn More" button. On the next page, click "Continue". This seems to do nothing but set up the ability to do the upgrade. Then click on Players and you should see the upgrade button for your connected radio(s). This is a case of misunderstanding. The home page does not contain an upgrade button.
