Could anybody help me investigate this issue by looking at a device's log
files? This would require some basic work with ssh or scp. Windows users
could be using WinSCP:
- make sure you have enabled "remote login" on your Radio or Touch
(Settings/Advanced)
- write down the IP address noted there
- try to play a Sirius station while connected to mysb.com
- get a copy of /var/log/messages:
scp root@[player IP]:/var/log/messages /my/folder/of/choice
- send that log file to mherger ät logitech dott com
