I don't know if this will help, but Michael Herger posted this on another thread:
In case you're caught in a re-boot loop, try one of the following: - if using LMS, restart it. That should get back the player to a stopped mode, from where you can play something different. - if connected to mysb.com, then unplug the device for 5+ minutes.
