I hope somebody can advise. I've been trying to connect to my SB radio on my (Movistar) router in Spain. This router uses 128-bit WEP security and has a 13 character passcode/key. I understand this is the ASCII equivalent of a 26 character hexadecimal number which the SB Radio prompts you to input. I've tried inputting this (using a conversion facility I found on the Internet), but all to no avail - the Radio doesn't recognise this number or any of the WEP 64 bit equivalents. I had a similar problem with a SB touch but was able to use Ethernet instead of wireless I wondered if the SB devices have their own conversion methods or if there is any other way I can access my Radio on this system. And please don't tell me I should be using WPA! All my other devices (including several Pure radios) seem happy to use my current setup and I don't see why SB should make me jump through all these hoops. Many thanks for any suggestions.
