I got it working finally, too. First, I didn't know there was a SBR firmware update until I was messing around in the settings and saw one available for manual install. In the past, they've been automatically pushed and at least informed me on the unit itself that there was an update waiting. Turns out my local weatherunderground feed had died, too. I tried other WX locations before, but nothing worked. So, a combination of updating the SBR unit firmware and choosing another nearby WX source fixed my problem...for now...
