go to webGUI for LMS, lower right select SETTINGS, then in settings, select PLUGINS tab. tick the "show all 3rd party plugins" then find youtube plugin, tick it. It will ask to restart LMS, let it do this. Then the Youtube will be listed in LMS, left side of LMS webGUI under "my apps".
