I am on a newer iMac (2 years old). My UE Smart Radio (switched to be a Squeezebox radio-- using the Squeezebox system) sees my Wireless Account (ATT UVerse using a 2Wire router.)
My Wireless Router sees the device (as inactive). I try to connect using wireless but the Radio says it cannot connect using the SAME password key all of my other wireless devices are using. I have attempted this several times... So I know the password key I am using is correct. I tried factory reset to no avail. Then tried hooking up with an ethernet cable (in another location) and that worked flawlessly. I upgraded the software on the radio again while on the cable... Got it all set back up... Then tried the wireless again to no avail. Will not connect no matter what I do. Problem is, I have no ethernet cable where I want the radio. Called Logitech support and they were useless. ATT can't help me troubleshoot a 3rd party device.
