I listen to my SBB at night on headphones (earpieces) so as not to disturb my wife. A few weeks ago,the speakers suddenly burst into life, and continue to work even though the headphone setting is marked in the checkbox. Logitech Support say it is a "Grounding' problem and unrepairable. I don't find this a satisfactory answer. I asked how I could gain access to the internals of the set so that I could disconnect the speaker wires (or something similar - at least check the headphone jack) but am told that that is not possible either. They are probably protecting themselves in case I electrocute myself!
So the question is: Does anyone have a solution to the headphone problem or know how to take the SBB case apart? I have a suspicion that maybe the speaker grills need to be prized off and perhaps there are setscrews behind them holding the outer case on. Has anyone any clues? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Allen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=48681 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101831 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
